STAFF and residents at a West Hallam care home enjoyed a trip back in time with a 60s theme day.
Staff swapped their uniforms for psychadelic colours and planned games, a themed menu and made cocktails for the residents.
Manager Sue Cumberland said: “We decided to hold a theme day just as a bit of fun for the residents.
“We asked them for ideas of a theme and settled on 60s so all of the staff dressed up and we played games and music from the era and residents chose a menu.”
“Everyone really enjoyed it and all of the residents told us they had a great time.”
